Quick answer#
Michael Reimer's BootCamp V3.0 is a live HighLevel agency-building program, not a free-to-operate AI business. The official offer describes four weeks, 12 live sessions and a further 30-day client-acquisition sprint. A seat is included when an eligible $297 Unlimited or $497 Agency Pro account is set up through its partner link and remains active; the five business applications are excluded from the $297 route.[6]
Enrollment was closed when checked on October 8, 2026. The page offered a waitlist while still showing a September 21 start and “3 of 30 seats available” messaging. Do not interpret those remaining seat labels as confirmed current availability. The standalone tuition amount and a course-specific refund policy were not publicly verifiable from the inspected offer.[6]
- Best for: a learner already committed to HighLevel who wants scheduled implementation help, sales practice and a cohort.
- Avoid if: you need an immediately available seat, vendor-neutral engineering, a verified earnings record, or a zero-recurring-cost route.
- Budget first: monthly software plus usage, add-ons and homework time; not just the seat price.
- Strongest alternative: a free agency curriculum plus a bounded practice project if you do not yet know which platform or business model you want.
Verified October 8, 2026. This is a source-based review of public curriculum, expanded FAQs, pricing, terms, promotion and independent-review availability. We did not attend a session, buy tuition, audit graduate revenue or test the supplied applications. This site also publishes Hermes and FlyHermes guides; a general-purpose agent does not reproduce live instruction or HighLevel's CRM.
Availability: the waitlist is clearer than the seat counter#
The official page repeatedly says enrollment is closed and invites visitors to join a waitlist. It also retains September 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern as the next start date and limited-seat claims.[6] Those are conflicting public enrollment signals, not grounds for inventing a new cohort date.
Michael Reimer's public LinkedIn launch post says “Tonight at 6:00 PM EST, we START” and promotes 12 live implementation sessions.[14] It supports that a launch was promoted, not that today's visitors can still register or that every advertised session was delivered.
Before making a software purchase solely for this course, ask for the next cohort's dates, time zone, seat confirmation and any prerequisite deadline. Joining a waitlist is not the same as obtaining a training place.
Curriculum: an agency inside HighLevel#
The published session plan is specific. It is organized around building and selling services in HighLevel rather than teaching general AI research.[6]
- Week 1: business basics, niche and offer, account architecture, domains, deliverability, phone, calendars, pipelines and A2P registration preparation.[6]
- Week 2: websites and funnels, voice AI with custom actions, conversational AI, social responses and reviews.[6]
- Week 3: workflows, database reactivation, AI Studio, a five-pillar audit, prospecting and personalized demos.[6]
- Week 4: outreach, networking, discovery and proposal workflows, sales practice, client provisioning, support and a 90-day plan.[6]
The advertised schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with two-hour sessions. The FAQ recommends roughly 10–12 hours a week including assignments. Recordings are promised, and the offer describes 30 days of post-course office hours and a private community.[6]
That structure could help someone who can build features but struggles to package and sell a service. The value depends on actual feedback: whether someone reviews your configuration, catches an unsafe workflow and critiques your proposal. We have not independently measured instructor responsiveness or the quality of that feedback.
Pricing: what the free seat actually requires#
The expanded FAQ says the included-seat route requires setting up a $297 Unlimited or $497 Agency Pro plan through the partner link, with the seat included while the plan remains active.[6] HighLevel's own public pricing confirms those are monthly plan prices, not one-time BootCamp tuition.[8]
The offer makes an important entitlement distinction: Demo On Demand, A2P On-Demand, Sales On Demand, Prompt On Demand and the Onboarding Engine are included on the $497 route or the tuition option, not the $297 route.[6] Do not let the headline “Same Everything” override that explicit exclusion.
For an account already connected to another affiliate, the BootCamp FAQ directs buyers to standalone tuition and says their existing account can be used.[6] We could not verify the current tuition amount because the pricing area was replaced by the closed-enrollment waitlist. The seller's statement about affiliate transfer is not an independent audit of every HighLevel account exception.
One FAQ answer loosely describes a HighLevel account as “included free,” but the more specific partner-plan answer and HighLevel's own rate card establish the recurring subscription requirement.[6][8] Ask what happens to recordings, apps, community and future-cohort access after cancellation; the page's lifetime-alumni language does not resolve every dependency on an active plan.[6]
Use the agent operating-cost worksheet to compare costs over an actual learning period rather than comparing “free training” with a one-time course price.
Hidden operating costs: subscriptions are only the floor#
HighLevel's pricing page marks communications and selected AI features as usage-billed. It separately lists AI Employee Growth at $50 per month per sub-account and AI Employee Unlimited at $97 per month per sub-account.[8] These are optional provider add-ons, not verified mandatory BootCamp purchases and not a promise that all telecommunications become free.
Other budget lines need explicit confirmation:
- Phone numbers, calls, SMS and email: HighLevel says telecommunications usage is charged separately and usage may apply during the trial.[8]
- Domain and payment costs: match your planned client deployment and collection method, rather than assuming every external bill is in tuition.
- Password and team tools: the BootCamp FAQ names 1Password at “about $3/month” and Slack Pro; treat that approximate password-manager figure as the seller's estimate, not a newly verified vendor quote.[6]
- Client apps: confirm which five applications you retain after changing plan, affiliate eligibility or subscription status.[6]
- Working time: the advertised 10–12 hours a week is materially more than simply watching three calls.[6]
Illustrative three-paid-month subscription floor: $297 × 3 = $891, or $497 × 3 = $1,491. This excludes tuition if applicable, usage, optional add-ons, other tools, taxes and labor; it ignores any trial or discount and is not a measured student bill.[8]
HighLevel's terms also describe wallet auto-reloading and automatic rebilling enrollment for $297 and $497 plans.[9] Check those settings before running demonstrations. A prepaid wallet is not necessarily a hard spending cap.
Identity, certification and promised benefits#
The course page identifies Michael Reimer, MBA, founder of CRM Pros; his personal site also identifies him as CRM Pros' founder and promotes speaking, automation and his book.[6][7] Statements about building seven-figure businesses are the seller's claims, not financial results we audited.
The BootCamp's certification is described as requiring ten verified builds, a live systems check and a written exam. Successful graduates are promised a directory listing and eligibility for shared leads.[6] This is a provider-issued completion credential. We did not verify academic accreditation, a guaranteed allocation of leads or employer recognition.
The strongest advertised benefit is not the badge: it is guided implementation in your own account, supported by a Master Snapshot, a structured sales process and post-course office hours.[6] A learner needing human correction could reasonably value that more than a self-paced library. Ask to see an anonymized example of reviewed work and the assessment rubric before assigning a monetary value to it.
Refund and cancellation: separate three agreements#
We did not verify a BootCamp-specific refund window, cooling-off procedure, withdrawal rule or rescheduling policy on the public offer. A /terms probe displayed a page-not-found message. Missing refund terms do not mean either guaranteed refunds or a confirmed no-refund policy. Obtain the actual tuition and training agreement before paying.
HighLevel's own terms are clearer: subscriptions automatically renew; cancellation can be requested through the account, support ticket or support phone; fees are generally nonrefundable, subject to legal requirements and the provider's discretion.[9] Those rules concern HighLevel, not automatically Michael Reimer's separate tuition contract.
There is also a specific wallet rule: after account cancellation, termination or expiry, the customer must request remaining-wallet funds; the terms say balances left more than 30 days become HighLevel's property, and promotional credits are nonrefundable.[9] This is separate from a tuition refund.
Keep three questions distinct: can you cancel software renewal, can you recover training tuition, and which course assets remain accessible? A “lifetime” alumni promise does not answer all three.
Complaints, reviews and claims: evidence is still limited#
The live sales page's “What Graduates Do With It” section contained placeholder names and placeholder graduate quotes, rather than attributable graduate testimonials.[6] We are not treating those placeholders as fabricated student statements; we are treating them as no usable graduate-outcome evidence in that section.
Exact-name and domain searches, Reddit-targeted searches for Michael Reimer and CRM Pros, and a Trustpilot-targeted search did not yield a BootCamp V3.0 student review we could substantiate. Broad results included unrelated AI bootcamps and another AI agency institute. Their ratings and complaints do not belong to this offer.
GHL Central has published a promotional article about Michael Reimer's AI agency buildout, with a referral link and discount code.[13] That confirms promotional presence around a related offer, not an independent review of this cohort. Likewise, speaker testimonials on his own site are not graduate results from BootCamp V3.0.[7]
There is not enough evidence here to call the program a scam or to recommend it on demonstrated earnings. The prudent response is to request a relevant graduate reference, an actual assessment example and written access terms.
Advertising: no verified paid creative to report#
On October 8, a Google Ads Transparency Center domain lookup for aiagencybootcamp.com showed 0 ads / No ads found.[19] The Meta Ad Library name lookup returned a 403 and library interface without retrievable creatives. Consequently, ad ID, paid-ad copy and paid-ad start date remain unverified.
The official landing page says “Your Agency Is Live In 12 Sessions. We Build It With You,” and the public LinkedIn launch post promotes 12 live implementation sessions.[6][14] Those are attributable marketing claims. They are not proof of paid placement, completed student businesses or typical earnings. We did not infer an advertising budget or a current campaign from them.
Alternatives: live feedback, free foundations or an agent project#
If you are undecided about running a HighLevel agency, start with the Agency Label Academy review. Its free written curriculum covers a website-agency operating model. It is not the same delivery platform and does not reproduce live cohort feedback.
If the goal is implementing one useful workflow, learn AI by shipping with an agent offers a different sequence: define the output, plan a bounded task, execute, inspect and iterate. That can help you discover what expertise you still need before committing to a recurring software stack.
Hermes offers open-source agent control, tools and persistent context.[10] The Hermes installation guide is appropriate if you want to configure and operate your own assistant. It is not a drop-in HighLevel CRM, voice-telephony service, lead-sharing program or instructor. Use an MCP permissions review before exposing client data to any agent connection; this review did not validate a BootCamp-to-Hermes integration.
FlyHermes provides a managed Hermes operating path.[11] The self-hosted versus managed guide explains the maintenance decision: self-hosting retains responsibility for runtime, credentials, networking and recovery; managed hosting reduces that operational work. Neither option guarantees clients or replaces a qualified compliance adviser.
Decision checklist before buying software for a seat#
Consider the next cohort if you already want HighLevel and can verify the feedback, schedule and contract. Do not subscribe just because the course is described as free. Before committing:
- Obtain the next confirmed dates and an actual seat, not only waitlist enrollment.
- Get written eligibility for your existing or new HighLevel account.
- Confirm the tuition amount where applicable and which apps your plan includes.
- Request cancellation, refund and post-cancellation access terms for each agreement.
- Budget paid months, usage, other tools and the advertised weekly workload.
- Ask for a real graduate reference and an example of reviewed implementation work.
If the seller cannot answer those questions, wait. A clear curriculum can justify further investigation without yet justifying a purchase.
